Propeller Care
A Damaged Propeller Costs You Speed, Fuel, and Fun
A bent blade or a ding in the edge throws off pitch and balance, and that means vibration, lost efficiency, and extra strain on your lower unit. Our propeller repair shop brings aluminum, stainless, and brass propellers back to true using the same process every time, so the fix holds up.
Our Process
How We Repair Every Propeller
01
Inspection Against OEM Spec
Every propeller is checked against original equipment pitch specs using pitch blocks, then verified again on our pitch and rake indicator before any repair work begins.
02
Certified TIG Welding
A certified welder TIG welds every propeller for maximum strength. We never use brazing rods, so the repair holds up under real load, not just on the bench.
03
Grinding, Shaping & Balancing
Propellers are ground and shaped back to true, then balanced on our static or dynamic balancer so vibration is gone, not just reduced.
04
Finish Work
Stainless propellers are brought to a high polish finish on our vibratory finishers at no extra charge. Aluminum propellers are painted black or white, and brass propellers are brought to a matte finish, or a high polish if you request it.
05
Careful Return Shipping
Every propeller ships back in custom-made Instapak foam by UPS ground, so it arrives in the same condition it left our shop.
