Motor Rebuilds
When an engine is worn out or badly damaged, we can take it apart, assess every component, and rebuild it into a motor you can trust again.

Rebuild Or Replace
Sometimes A Rebuild Is The Right Call
A new engine is not always the only answer when a motor is running poorly or has failed outright. In many cases a full rebuild can restore an engine to reliable running condition for less than the cost of replacing it, though the right choice depends on what our technicians find once the engine is opened up.
Our Process
How We Rebuild An Engine
01
Teardown & Inspection
The engine is fully disassembled so every internal component can be inspected individually, giving our technicians a complete picture of its condition before any decisions are made.
02
Parts Assessment
Once everything is laid out, we determine which parts can be reused and which need to be replaced, so the rebuild is built on components that are actually sound.
03
Machining & Replacement
Worn components are machined or replaced back to spec, correcting the kind of wear that leads to poor performance or repeat failures down the road.
04
Reassembly
The engine is rebuilt with careful attention to torque specs and clearances, since getting these details right is what determines how the engine performs and holds up over time.
05
Break-In & Test Run
Before it goes back on the water, the rebuilt engine is run to confirm it starts, runs, and performs correctly, giving you confidence in the work before you leave the dock.
